Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina.
Advantages of circuit training are:

A wide range of exercises to select from which will maintain enthusiasm
There are two classes available a week.
Mon 6.30pm Circuits at Seasons, Swindon Village
Wed 6.30pm Circuits at Seasons, Swindon Village
It will be suitable for all levels: come along and bring a friend, husband, wife, boss, brother, sister, next door neighbour too!

'I go every week to Dan's circuits class and it's the first and only class that I look forward to! He really motivates you and pushes you to work to the best of your ability. He always checks that you are doing each exercise correctly rather than just leaving you to it, even when there is a big class. I am already feeling the benefit of the classes.'
