I have been running since I can remember: my Dad used to run a long run then take me out for his 'cool down'.

At school I ran the 800m and 1500m breaking a few records that still stand today.

I have ran several marathons, 10k's and enjoy using my experience to help others.

My best marathon time is 2.59 and 10k time is 34mins.

I can help with stride length, stamina, running drills, new running routes and training plans for races. Many of my clients have improved their times and are now much fitter with my advice and support.

I currently hold a Running Club at Fitness 1st Cheltenham on Mondays at 6pm. Free to members and non-members.

If you are interested in learning to run or need help for a fun run you are entering give me a call.

My sessions are suitable for all levels: using my techniques and advice you WILL become a better runner. If you are new to running or an experienced runner I can help you.

In my personal training sessions I use foam rollers, fitballs, bosu's, specific running stretches, running drills to improve your running technique and stamina.
