EXPERIENCE: Dan has always enjoyed health and fitness. He started working out at a young age competing at high levels in football, rugby, X-Country and athletics. Dan decided to share his fitness knowledge as a football coach by completing his F.A Coaching certificate and coaching various youth teams. Dan wanted to help people realize their full potential by developing self-esteem through a fitness lifestyle, so he completed a Degree in Sports Science and became a Personal Trainer.
Dan has trained celebrities, athletes, elderly and disabled and some fantastic results. Dan has worked in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and the UK helping people build strength, posture and stability: enabling people to overcome the physical demands of everyday life.
